Connecting the script
For the form to work, you need to add a script to the site.
To do this, on the «My spaces/sites» page, click the Customize button next to the desired space. The «Customize» tab of this space will open. Next, go to the «Code to paste» section and click Copy. Place the code inside the <head> tag of your site.
Important! The script code must be installed on all pages of the site where the forms will be placed.
